We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Dirt Foreman to lead and coordinate field crews on heavy civil and concrete construction projects. The Foreman is responsible for supervising daily job site activities, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily field operations and crew activities
• Lead crews performing concrete, excavation, trenching, and site work
• Ensure work complies with project plans, specifications, and schedules
• Enforce job site safety, OSHA standards, and company policies
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and inspectors
• Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and manage manpower
• Verify materials, equipment, and tools are on site and ready
• Complete daily reports, time tracking, and job documentation
• Maintain job site cleanliness and organization

Qualifications

• Foreman experience in heavy civil construction required
• Strong working knowledge of earthwork, and utility construction
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and grades
• Proven leadership and crew management skills
• Strong safety awareness and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work long hours in outdoor environments
• Reliable transportation to job sites
