Civil Laborer

Job Description

We are seeking Civil Construction Laborers to support heavy civil and concrete construction projects. This role involves hands-on field work assisting crews with concrete placement, formwork, site preparation, and general construction activities. Candidates must be reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with concrete placement, finishing, and curing
• Set, strip, and clean forms and rebar
• Perform site preparation, grading, and material handling
• Operate hand tools and small equipment safely
• Support foremen and skilled trades as directed
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Work in varying weather conditions and job site environments

Qualifications

• Heavy civil and/or concrete construction experience required
• Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
• Strong work ethic and attention to safety
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to job sites

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with concrete flatwork, foundations, or structures
• OSHA 10/30 certification (preferred, not required)
• Equipment experience is a plus (skid steer, forklift, etc.)
