iHire Product Update – November 2025

What’s new at iHire in November 2025? Check out our latest platform features and updates, including enhancements to our interview scheduling tool and AI-powered chatbot, Scout, plus more improvements to simplify your hiring process.

Message Center Attachments

Employers can now send attachments through the message center. This facilitates the easy exchange of documents between you and your applicants. Users may send up to four attachments at a time, which must be under 4MB each and in one of the following formats: PDF, DOC, PNG, IMG, ZIP, MP4, CSV, XLS, DOCX, TXT, RTF, or XLSX. Simply select the paperclip icon when composing a message to upload your attachment(s).

Chat Bot Enhancements

Our AI-powered Chatbot, Scout, keeps getting smarter. With this month’s enhancements, Scout can provide account-specific information about your active job posting(s) and job performance analytics. For example, Scout can provide details on your posting’s visibility and response count and direct you to your “Analytics” tab for more actionable insights to improve outcomes.

Interview Scheduling Reminders

To increase candidates’ interview invite acceptance rates and minimize ghosting, our recently released interview scheduling tool allows you to send follow-up reminders to applicants who have not yet scheduled their interview. Candidates will be notified via email (and SMS if opted in) up to two times after the initial invitation is sent, giving them a nudge to set up their interview.

Work Type Preferences Selection

After signing up for an account, candidates can choose which types of work they are interested in during the onboarding flow – full time, part time, internship, freelance, contract, or seasonal/temp. They may also update these preferences in the “Job Preferences” section of their account to ensure their search results and job recommendations are relevant.
