Train-the-Trainer Location: Newport News, VA (2-3 months)

• High School Diploma or GED

• 5+ years of marine pipefitting or related trade experience

• Proficiency in pipe cutting/fitting, joint types, and blueprint reading

• Thorough knowledge of marine pipefitting skills (Cutting/Fitting of pipe, identification of pipe joint types and reading of drawings)
• Troubleshoot and calibrate tolerances
• Experience with bending and metal fabrication
• Deliver on-the-job and classroom training in marine pipefitting
• Instruct both new hires and advanced-level employees
• Maintain training records and monitor progress
• Collaborate on new training programs and updates
