Train-the-Trainer Location: Newport News, VA (2-3 months)

• High School Diploma or GED

• 5+ years of coatings and/or insulation experience

• Provide hands-on and classroom training in marine coatings and insulation

• Teach techniques such as surface prep and brush/roll methods

• Deliver instruction on thermal insulation for carriers and submarines

• Maintain trainee records and certifications
• AMPP certification preferred
