• High School Diploma or GED

• 5+ years of marine sheet metal experience

• Conduct hands-on and classroom training in marine sheet metal work

• Teach layout, measurement, and fabrication techniques

• Monitor progress and certification status of trainees
• Support new hire and advanced skills development programs
