Physical Therapist

Position Overview
We’re seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide top-tier therapy services in Midtown Sacremento. You’ll work closely with patients, caregivers, and facility staff to develop personalized treatment plans and ensure outstanding outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with medically necessary physical therapy services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Supervise therapy assistants and aides
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and facility staff
• Participate in clinical meetings and continuing education
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, OSHA, and state regulations

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program (CAPTE or equivalent)
• Active state licensure in one or more of the listed states
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
• Current CPR certification
