Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Operations

• Inspire and manage a high-performing clinical team
• Oversee daily center operations and staffing
• Drive center profitability and strategic growth
• Conduct staff training, performance reviews, and scheduling

Clinical Excellence

• Deliver top-tier physical therapy care
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, state, and company standards
• Support staff development through mentorship and in-services

Compliance & Quality

• Maintain accurate documentation and licensure records
• Lead quality assurance audits and safety initiatives
• Uphold OSHA, HIPAA, and regulatory standards

Marketing & Community Relations

• Build strong referral relationships with physicians and payers
• Execute local marketing strategies to grow patient volume

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Experience in outpatient rehab or clinical management preferred
• CPR certification and continuing education compliance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with patient transfers
• Active engagement in sustained physical activity throughout the day
