Physical Therapist Assistant

Position Summary
We’re seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. You’ll help implement treatment plans, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to a positive clinical experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled therapy services as directed by a Physical Therapist
• Prepare treatment areas and equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
• Document patient progress using accepted medical terminology
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and clinical staff
• Participate in facility meetings and continuing education
• Maintain compliance with Medicare, OSHA, and state regulations

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited PTA program (CAPTE or equivalent)
• Current state license or certification in one or more listed states
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
• Current CPR certification
