Associate Veterinarian

Introduction
Our client is a well-established, AAHA-accredited hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its team. This multi-doctor practice is committed to Fear-Free and Feline Friendly principles and provides care for a wide range of patients, including canine, feline, and exotic pets.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. This is a full-time role offering a balanced schedule to support both professional growth and personal priorities.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The position involves delivering high-quality veterinary care across a range of services, including wellness and preventive care, dentistry, general and advanced surgery, internal medicine, and diagnostics. The hospital also offers rehabilitation, acupuncture, and exotic pet treatment, allowing veterinarians to develop and pursue their clinical interests. This role is open to veterinarians at any career stage, with preference for candidates with two or more years of experience, though all are encouraged to apply.

Practice Details
The hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including digital radiography, dental radiology, ultrasound, therapeutic laser, ECG, Doppler, and an underwater treadmill. On-site laboratory services include blood panels, urinalysis, fecal testing, and snap tests, while surgical procedures range from routine spay and neuter to more advanced soft tissue operations. Services extend to preventive medicine, vaccinations, parasite prevention, diagnostic imaging, dentistry, and pain management. The practice emphasizes a Fear-Free, supportive culture with modern facilities designed for patient comfort and comprehensive care.

Team
The hospital has a team of four doctors supported by credentialed technicians, assistants, and client service staff. The environment is collaborative, mentorship-focused, and encourages veterinarians to pursue special interests within a supportive and well-resourced setting.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
