Are you looking to join a dynamic team in the printing industry? Associates International is seeking a Bindery Utility Operator to join our team in Wilmington, DE. As a Bindery Utility Operator, you will play a crucial role in our printing operations and contribute to the success of our company.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Operate cutters, folders, die cutters, gluer and stitcher
• Assist with all print production finishing processes
• Contribute to the overall printing and finishing of projects
• Ensure quality control and accuracy in all finished products

Required Skills:

• Experience in commercial offset and/or digital printing
• Experience in finishing machine set-up and operation
• Ability to perform cutting, folding, binding, die cutting and gluing tasks
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with direct mail processes
• Strong mechanical ability and machine trouble-shooting skills

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $41,925.00
• Maximum Salary: $56,432.00
