Join our team at All Kids Dental Group in Menifee, CA, where we provide pediatric dentistry and orthodontics for children, teens, and adults with special needs in a friendly and compassionate environment. As a Dental Practice Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice and providing top-notch care to our patients. Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, has great organizational ability, is self-motivated, has a positive attitude, who is comfortable in a variety of situations which may arise in an office setting, and who has had previous experience as a Dental Practice Administrator. We are looking for someone who will be with us long-term as a Dental Practice Administrator is such a key position in our practice.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage patient scheduling and appointments
• Handle insurance claims, billing, and verification
• Coordinate treatment planning and referrals
• Oversee credit card processing and collections
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient care standards
• HR duties as needed, including maintaining proper paperwork for employees

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Dentrix / Dentrix Ascend software
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Experience with insurance claims and billing
• Strong administrative skills for front office duties
• Ability to handle patient care and file management efficiently
• CA drivers license and reliable transportation
• Currently eligible to work in U.S. (I-9)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with insurance verification
• Familiarity with accounts receivable processes
• Previous work in a pediatric dental setting

Salary and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $90,000 annually, along with health insurance, vacation leave, sick leave, and holiday pay.

All Kids Dental Group provides pediatric dentistry, offering comprehensive dental care and orthodontics for children, teens, and adults with special needs in a friendly and compassionate environment in Menifee, California. We embrace technology and are currently moving to Dentrix Ascend which will help streamline many aspects of our day-to-day tasks (we are currently using Dentrix). Our doctors are Board Certified pediatric dentists who have over 60 years of combined experience. We are a fee for service practice which takes selected PPO insurances. We are one of the oldest and largest pediatric dentistry practices in Menifee.
