All Kids Dental Group in Menifee, California is seeking a dedicated Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. Our practice provides pediatric dentistry and orthodontics, which makes each day unique and rewarding. We are looking to add a friendly, skilled R.D.A. who is a team player and who enjoys working with children and teens. As a part of our practice, you will have the opportunity to work in a friendly and compassionate environment that prioritizes the well-being of our patients. Our goal is to make seeing the dentist something our patients look forward to. As we are a unique office, we are willing to train. 

Daily Responsibilities:

• Assist chairside for our pediatric dentists, including charting
• Perform coronal polishing / dental prophylaxis and place fluoride varnish
• Take radiographs and extaoral photos
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and appliance maintenance
• Complete in office lab cases
• Sterilize instruments
• Create and follow up on lab tracking
• Clean and maintain lab and dental operatories
• May occasionally do light front office duties such as answering the phone, checking in patients, and making simple appointments.

Required:

• Current RDA license
• Current BLS provider
• CA drivers license and reliable transportation
• Currently eligable to work in U.S. (I-9)

Nice to Have Skills:

• PALS certification
• Moderate Sedation and General Anesthesia experience
• Orthodontics
• Temporary Crowns
• Nitrous Oxide

Technical Skills:

• iTero Scanning
• Taking Impressions
• Strong comunication skills
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
• Dentrix Ascend software
• Four-Handed Dentistry

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $42,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $58,000.00
