Stitcher Operator

2nd shift: 2:15pm-10:45pm

Responsibilities:

• Operate and troubleshoot stitching machines
• Set up books in 3-, 5-, and 6-pocket configurations with cover feeder
• Adjust 4th and 5th knives and perform routine maintenance
• Complete production tasks accurately and on time
• Maintain safety, quality, and ISO standards
• Keep accurate production records
• Support team members, including training new staff
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and team-oriented attitude
• Basic computer skills; PSI software experience is a plus
• Work overtime, weekends, and assist other departments as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3-5 years of experience operating stitching equipment in a commercial print environment
