Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced IATF Project Lead to manage IATF and ISO compliance programs, ensuring adherence to all applicable standards. Responsible for leading cross-functional teams, developing and executing project plans, monitoring progress, and resolving issues to maintain continuous conformance and improvement.

As a Quality Systems Manager, You Will:

• Lead the implementation of IATF standards, ensuring organizational compliance.
• Develop and manage project plans and timelines to achieve IATF objectives successfully.
• Maintain continuous compliance with IATF requirements throughout all project phases.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve defined goals and milestones.
• Serve as lead auditor for the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring processes meet established standards
• Conduct audits of customer-specific requirements and implement necessary QMS changes.
• Coordinate, plan, and train personnel on all aspects of the QMS Audit Program.
• Act as QMS representative for all internal, external, and third-party IATF16949 audits.

Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
• Proven experience in project management, specifically in implementing IATF standards. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong Communication Skills-written and verbal
• Attention to detail/excellent organizational skills.
• Advanced Excel skills (i.e. databases, formulas, pivot tables, graphing)

Education:

• Associate's degree (AA or Business) or Bachelor's degree
• Twelve months to two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Auditor certification (IATF 16949), Lead Auditor certification
• Implementation of IATF 16949 program
• Minimum of 2 years of IATF16949 auditing experience.
