Job Type: Full-time - 40 hours per week with overtime bonus.
Location: Remote. This position requires California residency.
Salary: $80,000-110,000 (salary varies based on your skill level and experience).

Who You Are:

• Experience: 5+ years in a marketing leadership role in the engineering, construction, or transportation industry.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications and Adobe InDesign. Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint is preferred.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of public works planning, design, and construction landscape in California.
• Remote Work Ready: Thrives in a remote environment and self-motivated to succeed.

• Extrovert: Motivated to meet new people on frequent video calls and in-person at industry conferences and events.

What You’ll Do & Learn:

• Proposal Writing & Content Development: Create persuasive, client-focused content that effectively communicates the firm's qualifications, differentiators, and technical expertise.
• Proposal & Pursuit Support: Lead the preparation of proposals and project qualifications, collaborating with technical staff to pursue key transit and rail projects.
• Strategic Pursuit Planning: Drive pursuit planning efforts, including pre-positioning activities, capture planning, and development of pursuit schedules and action plans.
• Opportunity Tracking & CRM Management: Monitor key deadlines, maintain pursuit pipelines, and support go/no-go decision-making with relevant data and analysis.
• Client & Industry Engagement: Support business development by coordinating industry events, awards, and relationship-building with transit agencies and partners.
