SUMMARY
Under general supervision of the Sr. Project Coordinator, the Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the successful execution of construction projects from the first point of LMCCI involvement through the project close-out. Through strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively, this role ensures the successful coordination of LMCCI office and field staff, Contractors, Architects, and Clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Support the bidding phase by processing addendums, maintaining the list of bidders, sending bid notifications, and following up with potential bidders to confirm participation.
- Review all bid documents and prepare recommendations for board consideration.
- Process all contract documents and regulatory approvals on assigned projects from initial Involvement of LMCCI to expiration of warranties.
- Work closely with Field Operations personnel, Contractors, Architects and Client to ensure successful project completion and proactively address potential delays.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal agencies on assigned projects.
- Take proactive steps to ensure that LMCCI construction management responsibilities are met to the terms of the project contract.
- Provide accurate and timely project information to Executive Director and Sr. Project Coordinator as requested.
- Maintain professional communication with co-workers, clients, and external partners.
- Manage assigned Assistants in all phases of project coordination.
- Assist with constructability reviews.
- Maintain and process, project logs (PCO's, C.O.'s, Submittals, CCD’s, Architect Bulletins ASI’s/IB’s ).
- Prepare project meeting agendas and minutes, and attend and actively participate in project meetings.
- Process contractors’ Monthly Billing and ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Perform additional duties and/or responsibilities as assigned by LMCCI.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

- Project Management Skills;
- Knowledge of basic construction trades and regulations;
- Ability to navigate through plans and specifications. blueprints;
- Ability to work with minimal supervision;
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Bluebeam and Project Site/Trimble;
- Ability to multi-task;
- Ability to give direction and communicate well with employees, vendors, and clients;
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Two years’ college-level work preferred. Two (2) to five (5) years of construction project coordination experience.
SUPERVISORY / MANAGEMENT SKILLS:
Oversee the work of assigned Assistant Project Coordinators.

Pay Range: $35.00 - $55.00, depending on experience
This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Employment at LMCCI is on an At-Will basis, meaning that either the employer or employee may terminate the employment relationship at any time for any reason or no reason at all.
