- Eval & Mangement of acute volume/BP issues: Insertion of Central & Arterial Line & PA catherter
- Paracentesis, Spinal Taps, exchange transfusion, thermal cooling, ventilator mmgt including oscillators & iNO.
- Provide guidance and support to families during high-stress situations, offering clear communication and emotional support for parents of critically ill newborns
- Managing complex neonatal conditions such as respiratory distress syndrome, intrautering growth restriction, jaundice, and spesis, among others.
