Automation, Instrumentation & Controls Technician

You'll have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility, contributing to the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing processes.

• Implement, test, troubleshoot, and improve electronic automation and controls systems.
• Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions using software and testing equipment.
• Develop and define control system applications for various machinery and equipment.
• Lead maintenance activities, including assigning and directing preventative maintenance tasks.
• Ensure adherence to preventive maintenance systems and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records and logs as required.
• Assist with planning, scheduling, and tracking work orders, parts, and purchase requisitions.

• Technical School or position-related training.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Minimum 5 years of equipment reliability experience.
• Experience with hydraulics, controls, electrical, mechanical, welding, and pneumatics.
• Must own and supply own tools per the Maintenance required tool list.
• Ability to work flexible shift schedules up to 12-hour shifts.
• Proficiency in using computers and associated software programs.

• Working knowledge of data networks, switches, routers, and servers.
• Experience with SCADA, board-level troubleshooting, and software systems.
