Daily Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on residential and commercial septic systems
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical or other related issues on septic systems
• Utilize hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repairs
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects within monthly deadlines while adhering to company and safety protocols
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities on septic systems using industry-specific software

Required Skills:

• Strong mechanical/electrical/plumbing knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and effectively serve customers

• Wiring

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $36,000 to $44,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k), health savings accounts (HSAs), vacation leave, sick leave, holiday pay, long-term disability, and short-term disability.
