Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee construction projects on-site
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform general repairs
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment

Required Skills:

• Construction management experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with installation and preventive maintenance
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform general repairs
• Commercial Construction
• Take-offs
• Punch Out Lists

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with estimating and inspections
• Knowledge of electrical systems
• OSHA certification
• Background in engineering or quality control
• Military background

Salary and Benefits:

Salary: $28-$35 per Hour
