Pastry Chef

The Pastry Chef is responsible for building, implementing, and leading the pastry program for a

full-service catering company that is establishing a dedicated pastry kitchen for the first time. This

role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring strong collaboration with culinary leadership to

ensure desserts align with the company’s standards for quality, innovation, consistency, and

execution.

The Pastry Chef will develop scalable dessert systems that support high-volume catering while

contributing to menu creativity, client-facing offerings, and operational excellence.
