Pepper Moon Catering is a full-service catering company based in Greensboro, North Carolina, specializing in catering for corporate events, weddings, and social gatherings throughout the Triad area. 

For more than 30 years, Pepper Moon Catering has been rooted in the belief that food brings people together — not just around a table, but around opportunity, culture, and community. What began as a local catering operation in the Triad has grown into a multi-venue, multi-brand hospitality organization supporting corporate, nonprofit, educational, government, and social clients across North Carolina. Our company’s growth has always been driven by something deeper than menus — we exist to create pathways for people.

We have experienced firsthand what it takes to build, staff, manage, and scale food operations — from quick service to full-service restaurants, from off-premise catering logistics to complex government food service deliveries. We’ve trained new industry entrants, developed emerging chefs, hired from within our communities, and helped our team move into better jobs, better wages, and lasting careers.

We have an innate passion for people, food, and culinary delight. As such, Pepper Moon utilizes a proactive and informed approach to keep up with evolving food trends. Some of specific activities that help us stay abreast of the latest developments include attending Food Expos and events, experimenting in the kitchen, following industry news and publications from leading organizations such as the Leading Caterers of America (LCA) and the International Caterers Association (ICA) as well as leading vendor publications from SYSCO and US Foods, subscribing to newsletters and blogs, engaging on social media (primarily Facebook and LinkedIn), and collaborating and networking with chefs, food professionals, and influencers at trade shows such as CaterSource and hospitality organizations.  We also keep an eye on health and sustainability trends in the food industry with the growing interest in plant-based diets, allergens, sourcing, and sustainable practices that are influencing people’s approach to food.
