Henry's on the Market is seeking a highly skilled, creative Executive Chef / Head Chef to lead our kitchen and elevate our culinary program. Located in the heart of Charleston, we are known for quality, consistency, and Low Country passion for Southern flavors—especially fresh seafood.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Head Chef, or Senior Sous Chef
  • Strong background in Low Country Southern cuisine and seafood
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage a kitchen team
  • Excellence in menu development, food cost control, and quality standards
  • A hands-on professional who takes pride in execution and presentation

What You'll Do

  • Design and refine menus that highlight local, seasonal ingredients
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ordering, and inventory
  • Maintain top standards for food quality, consisency, and sanitation
  • Lead and develop staff while building a positive kitchen culture
