There is no coding, troubleshooting, technical support, or on-call work.

Role Description — This Is NOT an IT Position

In this role, you use analytical thinking, structured communication, and systems-based reasoning to guide clients through essential financial concepts and long-term planning decisions.

You work remotely with a flexible schedule and build a client base over time, creating a career that supports balance, ownership, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Educate clients on foundational financial concepts using clear, structured explanations

  • Analyze individual needs and develop personalized strategy recommendations

  • Communicate complex ideas in a simple, professional manner

  • Build trust-based, long-term client relationships

  • Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and training sessions

  • Manage your schedule independently while growing your client base

Career Growth & Milestones

First 90 Days (3-Month Milestone)

Within the first three months, you establish a strong foundation and demonstrate readiness to operate independently:

  • Obtain a U.S. state–issued Life Producer License

  • Complete the firm’s structured onboarding and training program

  • Develop proficiency in educating clients using approved frameworks

  • Actively participate in weekly one-on-one and group training sessions

  • Build confidence in client interactions and professional decision-making

  • Achieve your first advancement milestone, reflecting consistent progress

First Year (12-Month Milestone)

By the end of your first year, you operate with confidence, consistency, and increasing responsibility:

  • Execute role responsibilities independently and effectively

  • Establish strong internal relationships with mentors, peers, and leadership

  • Take on expanded responsibilities based on performance and readiness

  • Achieve your second advancement milestone and maintain a defined path toward Broker-level qualification

  • Build a career structure that offers long-term stability, autonomy, and professional ownership

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Able to pass a background check, in accordance with applicable laws

  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment

  • Willing to work as a 1099 independent contractor

  • Comfortable with commission-based compensation

  • Able to commit a minimum of 10 hours per week, including weekly trainings

  • Willing to learn new concepts and follow a structured training program

  • Willing to obtain a U.S. state-issued Life Producer License
    (training and guidance provided; licensing fees are the individual’s responsibility)

  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor

  • Self-directed, reliable, and accountable

  • Open to coaching, feedback, and continuous development

  • Comfortable working directly with people and building trust-based relationships
