Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage client accounts and provide exceptional customer service
• Assist clients with policy changes, claims, and billing inquiries
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers
• Review and analyze insurance policies to ensure proper coverage
• Prepare quotes and proposals for new and existing clients

Required Skills:

• Property and Casualty Insurance license (required)
• Life and Health Insurance license (preferred)
• Experience in Personal Lines insurance
• Strong Agency Management skills
• Underwriting experience
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits

Nice to Have Skills:

• Claims handling experience
• Client Services background
• Experience in Risk Management
• Account Management skills
• Finance or Auditing experience

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $40,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $60,000.00
