Royalty Insurance is seeking a full-time Personal Lines Account Manager who is passionate about taking great care of clients and growing long-term relationships.

You are someone who:

  • Loves serving and educating clients – You take the time to explain coverage, identify gaps, and help customers make smart decisions about their home, auto, and other personal policies.
  • Is retention- and relationship-focused – You’re motivated by keeping clients happy, maintaining a high retention rate, and finding ways to deepen relationships through account reviews, account rounding, and referrals.
  • Is organized and proactive – You manage a busy desk well, stay on top of your follow-ups and policy reviews, and reach out to clients before there’s a problem.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally – You write and speak in a way that’s easy for clients to understand, even when topics are complex.
  • Works well under pressure – You can handle multiple service requests, deadlines, and client needs while staying calm, positive, and solutions-focused.
  • Is a strong teammate – You collaborate with producers and fellow account managers, support others when needed, and help build a positive, high-standard agency culture.
  • Embraces improvement and feedback – You are open to new ideas, willing to adapt to change, and take feedback as a chance to grow.

In this role, you will:

  • Retain, service, and grow an assigned book of personal lines business.
  • Conduct regular account reviews, looking for coverage gaps and discount opportunities.
  • Handle day-to-day service needs quickly and accurately (endorsements, billing questions, certificates, etc.).
  • Support new business onboarding, partnering with producers to ensure files are accurate and clients have a smooth start.
  • Contribute to our brand by suggesting content ideas, gathering testimonials, and representing Royalty Insurance professionally in every interaction.
