The successful candidate will support project administration efforts, maintain documentation, assist with scheduling, and ensure smooth communication between office staff and field crews. Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, distribute & track subcontract agreements, change orders, submittals & RFIs.

  • Ensure subcontractor compliance paperwork is up to date.

  • Maintain accurate project logs including RFI and Submittal logs.

  • Host project meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting minutes.

  • Ensure distribution of all construction documents to all teams.

  • Schedule inspections, deliveries, utility connections, and owner/vendor items.

  • Coordinate with AHJs to obtain permits, inspections, and project close outs.

  • Assist with budget preparation, budget tracking and billing.

Qualifications
  • 35 years of experience in a project coordination or construction administration role
  • Ability to think analytically and solve problems

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Self-motivated, dependable, have a positive disposition

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Familiarity with permitting processes in city and county jurisdictions

  • Work well under pressure in a fast paced-construction environment
