Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and is proficient in Procore project management software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of assigned construction projects.

• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain timelines and budgets.

• Review plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure project alignment.

• Track progress, budgets, and cost reports using Procore.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.

• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor quality and resolve issues.

• Communicate project status and updates with clients and company leadership.

• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects.

• Proficiency with Procore or similar project management platforms required.

• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Willingness to travel periodically to project sites across Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana.
