Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
• Communicate project status updates to stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks

Required Skills:

• Experience in civil engineering and construction management
• Ability to handle submittals, change orders, and architectural design
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project
• Strong background in strategy development and quality control
• Excellent negotiation and procurement skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of electrical engineering and specifications
• Experience in estimating and consulting
• Military background with implementation experience

Salary and Benefits:

Salary range: $69,600 - $115,673 per year
