  • Oversee scratch cooking in the kitchen
  • Manage back of house operations
  • Handle food preparation, handling, and sanitation
  • Manage restaurant operations efficiently

Required Skills:

  • Experience in restaurant management
  • Knowledge of food management
  • Strong cooking skills
  • Ability to maintain food safety standards (ServSafe Certified)
  • Experience in cost management, ordering, and staffing

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience in interviewing and purchasing

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 annually.
