Job description:

We’re hiring reliable, hardworking individuals to join a leading manufacturer as a Mattress Assembler. This is a physically active position where strong attendance and the ability to work overtime are essential. If you're dependable, comfortable using tools, and want to be part of a fast-paced team, we want to meet you.

Job Duties:

• Assemble mattresses using pneumatic tools such as staple guns, hog-ring guns, and hot glue guns
• Operate the HMB (Hot Melt Bond) machine to assemble units
• Apply specified upholstery layers, foam encasements, and complete final mattress assembly
• Read and follow work instructions and production tickets in English
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with coworkers and supervisors

Requirements:

• Experience in manufacturing or with pneumatic tools preferred
• Able to stand and walk for 8+ hours per day
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly with team lifting required for heavy loads
• Must have reliable transportation (location not accessible via public transportation, especially for overtime)
• Strong attendance is a must—unexcused absences are not tolerated
• Bilingual Preferred

Shift Available:

1st Shift- 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (overtime until 4pm) - $20/hour
2nd Shift – 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM (overtime until 3:00 AM) – $21/hour
