Veterinary Receptionist

We’re looking to welcome 1–2 new team members into the heart of our practice: our Customer Service team.

As the first friendly face (or voice!) our clients encounter, you play a vital role in creating a warm, trustworthy, and memorable experience. We're seeking someone who not only represents our values—but elevates them.

We are seeking a team member who is:

Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):

• Learn and navigate our practice management software
• Efficiently schedule patients to keep operations running smoothly
• Manage a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
• Identify customer needs and provide thoughtful, accurate solutions
• Build trusting, long-term client relationships
• Generate sales leads and support practice growth
• Meet personal and team sales goals and call handling targets
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Go above and beyond to create a positive customer experience

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• A willingness to learn, grow, and contribute
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• The ability to shine in a dynamic and sometimes high-energy environment
• And of course… a sincere love for both dogs and cats  (We’re animal people—this one’s non-negotiable!)
