What You’ll Do:

• Greet clients and their furry family members with warmth and professionalism

• Schedule appointments and manage client communications

• Maintain accurate patient records and handle payments

• Support our veterinarian and staff to ensure smooth daily operations

Who You Are:

• Compassionate and enthusiastic about animals and their care

• Detail-oriented with strong communication and multitasking skills

• Comfortable working in a busy, team-oriented environment

• Previous veterinary or medical office experience a plus
