With the launch of their new, state-of-the-art practices, they are seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their new practice in Colorado Springs, CO. The practice focuses on delivering high-quality, personalized care in a modern facility designed by veterinarians.

Working Hours / Rota
The practice operates Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. This can be a full- or part-time position with a combination of 10-hour shifts during the week and rotating Saturdays. When a veterinarian works on a Saturday, they will only work three weekdays that week, ensuring work-life balance and consistent downtime. Appointment lengths vary depending on case type, allowing doctors the time needed to deliver thoughtful, individualized care.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide exceptional medical, surgical, and diagnostic care. This role combines hands-on patient care with leadership responsibilities, including setting clinical standards, developing team members, and ensuring efficient, compassionate service for every patient and client. The average caseload includes a balanced mix of wellness, urgent care, and surgical cases. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of veterinarian experience and be confident performing basic soft-tissue surgeries and dental procedures. Mentorship opportunities are available for continued professional growth.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
