Manufacturing Installer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Installer to join our team and support the installation of high-quality architectural and electrical signage. The ideal candidate will take ownership of each project—from reviewing plans and assessing installation areas to safely and precisely completing installs that meet client expectations.

This position requires strong technical ability, professionalism, and flexibility to work on various projects, sometimes requiring travel or overtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Install signage in accordance with approved drawings, instructions, and specifications.

• Review project scopes and site conditions to determine the best installation approach.

• Consult on installation methods and ensure the area is properly prepared.

• Educate clients on the functionality and care of installed signage, including setup of timers or lighting controls.

• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and uphold safety protocols at all times.

• Communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and clients.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of installation experience in signage, construction, or a related trade.

• Proven ability to read and interpret drawings, diagrams, and installation instructions.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments.

• Must own or be able to provide personal tools and PPE.

• Willingness to work overtime or travel for out-of-area projects.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

• Experience in the signage or construction field preferred.

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:45 PM (may vary by project)

• Pay range: $17–$25/hour, depending on experience
