Mechanical Insulation Installer Apprentice

We primarily install insulation on mechanical systems. Those systems can be found in a variety of locations, from a heating and cooling system in a school or hospital to steam pipes in a power plant. We insulate to conserve energy and to help maintain the proper operating temperatures of those systems. We usually work regular weekday hours, but are sometimes required to work overtime, weekends and holidays. It is a 5 year Apprenticeship ending with Journeyman status. Must attend class once a week (you are not paid to go to class). Tools will need to be furnished by the candidate, and you must have reliable transportation. 

You will be working mainly in Northeastern Pa, centered on the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton metropolitan area.
