Daily Responsibilities:

• Performing various carpentry tasks such as home repair, siding installation, cabinetry work, and finish carpentry
• Reading and interpreting blueprints to ensure accurate construction
• Utilizing hand tools and power tools for framing, woodworking, tile work, and finishing
• Working on a variety of projects including remodeling, roofing, drywall installation, and plumbing
• Adhering to safety protocols and wearing personal protective equipment at all times

Required Skills:

• Experience in carpentry, including knowledge of various carpentry techniques and materials
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for carpentry tasks
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with scaffolding, handyman work, and installation of various fixtures
• Knowledge of plumbing systems and experience with drywall installation
• Ability to work on custom cabinetry projects and finish carpentry tasks

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $48,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $60,000.00
