What You’ll Do
As a creative leader and strategic thinker, you’ll:

• Shape the Culinary Vision: Collaborate with our culinary team to assist in designing menus that celebrate seasonality, quality, and creativity.
• Build and Inspire: Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team of culinary professionals to deliver excellence every day.
• Create Memorable Experiences: Oversee food production for our restaurant, events, and beyond, ensuring every plate tells a story.
• Drive Operational Success: Manage budgets, maintain high safety and quality standards, and champion efficiency in all kitchen operations.
• Lead with Heart: Be a cultural ambassador, fostering an environment of respect, growth, and pride in the craft.

What You’ll Bring

• A passion for culinary artistry and a track record of leadership in high-quality, high-volume settings.
• Proven expertise in opening new concepts, menu collaboration, and optimizing kitchen operations.
• A commitment to hospitality, excellence, and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
• 5+ years as an Executive Chef, Chef, or Executive Sous Chef, plus experience working closely with leadership teams.
• A collaborative spirit and the drive to mentor and inspire your team to grow alongside you.
• Proficiency in Restaurant 365, Paychex, and COGS
