With the rise of online job boards, candidates have access to more job opportunities than ever before – but they’re not all gems. Not only are there several common scams to look out for, but there can also be elements of deception in legitimate job postings. Employers sometimes use misleading language to downplay the negative attributes of the position or company. To save yourself some valuable time and avoid getting fooled, familiarize yourself with some of the common job posting red flags.
