Total Care 2 U is a fast-growing home-based primary care practice serving seniors in their homes using evidence-based medicine. We are looking for an 8th Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to help service East Houston icluding Katy, Jersey Villiage, Cypress area.

  • Week A: 2 in-home days, 3 telemedicine days
  • Week B: 3 in-home days, 2 telemedicine days
