Nurse Practitioner (Hybrid)

Total Care 2 U is a fast-growing home-based primary care practice serving seniors in their homes using evidence-based medicine. We are exlooking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to help service the southern portion of DFW including Cedar Hill, Midlothian, Waxahachie, Ennis, Corsicana, and surrounding towns.

•  Hybrid schedule with biweekly rotation
• Alternating weekly structure:
  • Week A: 2 in-home days, 3 telemedicine days
  • Week B: 3 in-home days, 2 telemedicine days
