Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Illinois Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred; facility manages heavy ortho caseloads.
- Experience with Prompt EMR preferred.
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 1012 patients per day for PTs; 1213 for PTAs.
- Current resume required to submit as a substitute.
