Minimum Requirements

  • Associate, Bachelors, Masters, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Maryland Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to start of assignment.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Home health experience preferred. Experience with patient evaluations, home exercise programs, durable medical equipment assessment, and documentation in home health records preferred.
  • Ability to perform home visits, work independently, and manage caseload in community settings.
  • Reliable transportation and valid drivers license required for travel between patient homes.
