Computed Tomography Technologist Travel Job

Salary: $2,674.06 - $2,874.06 /wk

Become a vital part of a regional healthcare team as an experienced Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist. You will follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast agents, and operate CT equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images for patient care in a hospital setting.

Minimum Requirements:

• ARRT (CT) certification required.
• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology, Applied Science in Radiology, or completion of a JRCERT-accredited radiography program.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience performing CT procedures. Client preference for CT technologists with experience assisting with plain film x-rays and working primarily in CT environments.
• Experience using Cerner electronic medical records is preferred.
• Availability to work holidays as required by the facility, including Memorial Day. Weekend coverage requirement: every other weekend.
• Ability to complete a facility background screening and meet regulatory requirements for hospital-based radiology staff.
• Preferred: ARRT CT credential (if not listed above as primary) and prior hospital experience.

Assignment Details

• Facility type: Hospital.
• Shift: Evenings. 1300-2130 (1:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.).
• Hours: 40 hours per week.
• Weekend requirement: Every other weekend.
• Holidays: Will work scheduled holidays as required.
• On-call: No.
• Primary responsibilities: Majority CT workload; assist with x-rays as needed.
