Job Description
Salary: $2,674.06 - $2,874.06 /wk
Become a vital part of a regional healthcare team as an experienced Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist. You will follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast agents, and operate CT equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images for patient care in a hospital setting.
Minimum Requirements:
- ARRT (CT) certification required.
- Associate degree in Radiologic Technology, Applied Science in Radiology, or completion of a JRCERT-accredited radiography program.
- BLS certification required.
- Experience performing CT procedures. Client preference for CT technologists with experience assisting with plain film x-rays and working primarily in CT environments.
- Experience using Cerner electronic medical records is preferred.
- Availability to work holidays as required by the facility, including Memorial Day. Weekend coverage requirement: every other weekend.
- Ability to complete a facility background screening and meet regulatory requirements for hospital-based radiology staff.
- Preferred: ARRT CT credential (if not listed above as primary) and prior hospital experience.
Assignment Details
- Facility type: Hospital.
- Shift: Evenings. 1300-2130 (1:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.).
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Weekend requirement: Every other weekend.
- Holidays: Will work scheduled holidays as required.
- On-call: No.
- Primary responsibilities: Majority CT workload; assist with x-rays as needed.
