Computed Tomography Technologist Travel Job

Salary: $2,502.50 - $2,702.50 /wk

Become a vital part of our team as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and operate CT equipment for an outpatient facility. You will perform CT procedures, assist with general diagnostic radiology as needed, and provide patient care before, during, and after imaging studies.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 years CT technologist experience.
• Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology.
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography or CT.
• BLS certification.
• Experience administering IV contrast and utilizing power injectors.
• Experience performing CT exams and manually controlling CT equipment to obtain diagnostic imaging.
• Experience preparing procedure rooms, replenishing supplies, and reviewing patient history to ensure appropriate imaging protocols.
• Ability to monitor patients for contrast reactions and provide immediate care as needed.
• Preferred: Experience in outpatient imaging environments.
