Fine Dining Chef Responsibilities Include:

Fine Dining Chef Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years of experience in upscale or fine dining kitchens
• Strong understanding of classical cooking techniques and refined plating
• Experience in high-volume, high-standard service environments
• Proven ability to perform under pressure while maintaining quality
• Strong knife skills and technical proficiency
• Working knowledge of inventory systems and cost control practices
• Ability to train and mentor junior team members
