Two family owned retaurants passionate about crafting classic Italian dishes.  Join us as an Assistant Chef with competitive pay and shared tips.

Your Top Responsibilities:

1. Create delicious Italian fare
2. Maintain high food quality standards and great plate presentation
3. Work with our Executive Chef to execute the deliverables
4. Prep and line cooking, inventory
5. Help develop recipes and execute weekend features
6. Assist in execution of caterings
7. Expect to work at both Cleveland Ave and Fulton Rd locations (10 minutes apart) as needed

Must-Have Skills:
