Daily Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate proficiency in various cooking techniques such as broiling, sautéing, and grilling.
• Create visually appealing plate presentations
• Manage food costs and portion control to maintain profitability
• Accommodate guests with special dietary restrictions and needs
