Echo Ultrasound Tech Cardiac Sonographer

Salary: $2,533.05 - $2,733.05 /wk

Join our team as an Echo Ultrasound Tech / Cardiac Sonographer / Echo Technologist and operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, prepare patients for echocardiogram procedures, and produce detailed diagnostic images of the heart for interpretation by healthcare teams.

Minimum Requirements:

• National certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).
• BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years of Echo/Cardiac Sonographer experience.
• Experience with transthoracic echo (TTE), transesophageal echo (TEE), contrast studies (Optison/Definity), bubble studies, and exercise and dobutamine stress echo.
• Demonstrated experience in inpatient hospital, outpatient clinic, emergency department, and cath lab settings.
• Equipment experience with Philips EPIC, Philips CX50, Siemens ACUSON SC2000, or Siemens Origin.
• Experience using EMRs such as Athena, Meditech, or PICOM.
• Positive interpersonal skills; team-oriented and open to feedback with effective communication.
• Left-handed sonographer preferred. (Preferred)
• Rare pediatric TTE experience preferred. (Preferred)

• Shift Pattern: 5 eight-hour day shifts with rotating evening, night, and weekend on-call rotation.
• Locations of work: Inpatient hospital, outpatient clinic, emergency department, and cath lab.
